$120-190K starting base salary, proven ability base increase within six months. Year-end

performance bonuses – from 40% to 80% of starting annual base salary. All expenses covered

CHEHALIS, WASHINGTON Native American Reservation

The Cogen plants will be built 2 at a time in pairs – with a $40 million turbine running them. See following

diagram of 2-Plant layout with turbine in between them, coal crushing facility, cooling towers, and various

necessary equipment installed on concrete pads to successfully and continuously operate these plants 24

hours a day.

The Construction Manager / Lead Project Manager will oversee all Cogen plants.

This Developer/Contractor is in a partnership with the Indian nation to share profits on energy generated

– whether jet fuel, diesel fuel, green hydrogen – and specifically megawatts of energy transferred (plug

power) to major cities that have prepaid for its delivery. All carbon will be captured and also sold.

All these key full time, long term job roles are part of the dynamic on-site Project Team:

Construction Manager / Lead Project Manager: $180K-$200K

• Project Manager: $150K-$170K

• Lead Project Engineer: $130K-$150K

• Lead Scheduling/Project Controls Engineer: $120K-$140K

There will be 2 Cogen plants built first (as a pair) – at a cost of about 500 million, then 2 more such plants

will be built and possibly 2 more after that (Chehalis area). The overall sequence for construction and

startup of the 4-6 plants will be about 3-4 years.

EASTERN OREGON Native American Reservation

6 to 8 no-emission Cogen plants approved for construction and start up operation.

Funding will be at $1.6 billion. Again, construction will start by building 2 plants first (see following

diagram of 2-plant layout) and then building a second pair of Cogen plants, then 2 more Cogen plant pairs

and then 2 more pairs after that. The Lead Project Manager will oversee all Cogen plants.

All these key full time, long term job roles are part of the dynamic on-site Project Team:

• Construction Manager/Senior Projects Manager: $180K-$200K

• Lead Project Engineer: $130K-$150K

• Lead Scheduling/Project Controls Engineer: $120K-$140K
