End User Agreement
Please read this End-User Agreement (EUA) carefully; it is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the APP author (Meysing Match-up Mechanisms, LLC) for either a SHARED WISDOM PATTERNS SNAPSHOTS™ (SWPS™) Series or a LIFE MEANING PATTERNS GRID™ (LMPG™), which may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“APP PRODUCTS”). By using the APP PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EUA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EUA, do not use the APP PRODUCT
PROPRIETARY PROCESS PROTECTIONS
A) These APP PRODUCTS use two proprietary processes. The LMPG™ uses a 49 to 28 to 7 to 4 selection process, the 7 x 7 Grid, and resulting Match-up Pattern, and the geometric shape + worded meaning format and page layouts of SWPS™ ; APP PRODUCTS formats are all protected under Trademark, Copyright or other legal protections. Different terminology used in association with these APP PRODUCT Smay also has similar legal protections. APP PRODUCTS LICENSE/ APP PROGRAM LICENSE a) These APP PRODUCTS are being presented free of charge for personal use. You are NOT allowed to make a charge for sharing these APPS (either for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product or as part of a compilation or anthology nor to use it for supporting your business or customers. It may be distributed freely on any website or through any other distribution mechanism, as long as no part of it is changed in any way. B) These APP PROGRAMS are available for commercial use at no charge for a limited trial period. After the trial period, Meysing Match-up Mechanisms, LLC may charge fees for Commercial Entities to use, license, customize or create a private label version using our products as the template. You are NOT allowed to make a charge for sharing this APP or PROGRAM (either for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product or as part of a compilation or anthology nor to use it for supporting your business or customers. It may be distributed freely on any website or through any other distribution mechanism, as long as no part of it is changed in any way.
GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EUA grants you the right to complete the APP PRODUCTS and receive the reports each generates.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
Limitations on Copying, Reverse Engineering, De-compilation, Disassembly and change (add, delete or modify) the processes used in the APPS PRODUCT. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the APP PRODUCTS or use the proprietary methods for any other use. Separation of Component The APP PRODUCTS are licensed as single products. Their component parts may not be separated for use.
APPLICATION FOR LICENSED USE.
As our proprietary process has a wide range of uses, please contact us regarding the availability of fee or free licenses if you’d like to use our proprietary process for commercial use.
TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of these APP PRODUCTS may terminate this EUA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EUA.
COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the APP PRODUCTS (including but not limited to any images, photographs, clipart, libraries, and examples incorporated into the APP PRODUCTs), any printed materials, and any copies of the APP PRODUCTS are owned by the Meysing Match-up Mechanisms, LLC. The APP PRODUCTS are protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the APP PRODUCTS like any other copyrighted material. The licensed users or licensed company can use all functions, example, templates, clipart, libraries and symbols in the APP PRODUCTS to create new diagrams and distribute the diagrams.
LIMITED WARRANTY
NO WARRANTIES
The Author of these Apps expressly disclaims any warranty for the APP PRODUCTS. The APP PRODUCTS and any related documentation are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the APP PRODUCT S remains with you.
NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES
In no event shall the author of these Apps be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this App is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these EUA Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
