It took a “complete brain” choosing & ranking breakthrough method.

WM invented the 4-page Strategic Insights Focusing Survey (SIFS) for employees and the Workplace Insights Focusing Survey (WIFS) for employers, which had questions that drew candid answers from the employee or employer with their day-to-day work environment in mind. The SIFS’s/WIFS’s proven tactile interactive completion methodology draws out employee and workplace opinions and habits by tapping into the participant’s legacy of VALUES BELIEFS CONVICTIONS®.

He applied a Regular Tetrahedron (RTH) mathematical formula that positioned and ranked responses from the SIFS and WIFS to provide customers with the best service possible and standardize an accurate evaluation. He then accumulated, encapsulated, and condensed very accurate and predictive advice that would yield optimum results.

Once the SIFS and WIFS RTH advisory models became standard practice, WM was recognized nationwide (and abroad) as one of the top experts on best hiring practices, team building, and career advancement for employee and employer clients.

The SHARED WISDOM PATTERNS SNAPSHOT (SWPS) was discovered and defined by vetting 10’s of 1000’s “hand to paper” SIFS and WIFS prototypes thinking tools.

The SWPS is a breakthrough brainchild of all this service and commitment. It reveals a user’s pattern of choices, judgments, and a deeper self-awareness, as they are influenced by their lifetime-held Experiential Intelligence (EI) and VALUES BELIEFS CONVICTIONS® (VBC’s). This builds a participant’s self-identity and evolves perceptions of almost everything.
